Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Strong grasp of programming logic, data structures, and basic algorithms.
• Foundational knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
• Motivation to learn and communicate daily with a mentor.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and maintain code for internal tools or web views.
• Learn to use browser tools to spot bottlenecks and optimize for mobile.
• Write robust code that handles errors and edge cases.
• Collaborate daily with a designated Senior mentor to plan tasks.
• Participate in code reviews and adapt work to team standards.
• Present project journey and learnings to the engineering team.
