Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Malaysia seeks an experienced MFO MEMS Manufacturing Engineer to drive manufacturing processes for MEMS components from design to production. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology or manufacturing-related engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to apply these to manufacturing challenges.
• Experience applying empirical analysis and modelling to validate processes and tooling design.

Responsabilités

• Designs portions of engineering solutions for manufacturing of parts and assemblies based on established principles.
• Implements time standards, layouts, and tooling requirements; develops cost estimates and capacity models.
• Collaborates with management and internal and external partners to resolve manufacturing issues and ensure compliance.
• Participates in project teams to develop reliable, cost-effective manufacturing solutions from NPI through end of lifecycle.
