Job summary

Anytime Fitness Velocity is seeking a Membership Consultant / Brand Ambassador to drive new membership, deliver professional sales presentations, and convert leads into New Joining Members (NJMs). You will support onboarding and represent the club positively within the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or fitness preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to meet daily, weekly, monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate, manage and convert leads into NJMs and meet sales targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls using approved sales processes.
• Qualify prospects and complete guest profiles accurately.
• Conduct club tours and identify fitness goals.
• Present membership options and pricing clearly.
• Close sales following pricing and payment procedures.
• Complete all membership agreements and documentation accurately.
• Enter sales and member data into systems promptly.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly activity and sales targets.
