Responsibilities include assisting golfers with gear, maintaining carts and equipment, and upholding safety and cleanliness across the golf service area. The resort offers quality accommodation and a full range of golf and F&B services for events.

• Assist golfers with the preparation and handling of golf equipment, including bags, clubs and carts.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to golfers throughout their visit.
• Prepare, clean and maintain golf carts and other equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the golf service area and equipment storage areas.
• Follow all safety procedures, club policies and operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
