Job Brief
You are responsible to oversee all building related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.
You are responsible for developing facility-maintenance procedures and ensuring their implementation throughout the club.
Setup operational procedures (SOP), and review and drive improvements on a regular basis, as well as liaise with other departments and the relevant authorities as needed.
Set facilities and maintenance quality standards.
Plan and implement staff development through training and education.
Develop and implement workplace safety standards.
Handle overall administration and operation of club property, develop and execute improvement program to achieve member’ satisfaction index.
As a department leader you are required to: counsel, motivate, train, guide and lead the facilities & maintenance team towards achieving the Club’s goals and objectives.
The goal is to ensure our club’s buildings and facilities are problem-free and safe so that members and can use the club facilities under the best conditions.
