Job summary

EsperMed Sdn Bhd in Melaka is seeking a full-time Medical Sales Representative to promote our medical products to physicians, hospitals, clinics and pharmacies across Melaka and Johor Bahru.

You will visit sites, explain clinical evidence, build long-term relationships, track leads, maintain records, monitor market trends, and collaborate with teams to meet sales targets with integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship building.
• Effective communication and customer service with healthcare professionals.
• Foundational knowledge in medicine and pharmacy to understand indications and evidence.
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; training provided.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit clinics, hospitals and pharmacies to promote EsperMed products.
• Conduct product presentations and explain clinical evidence.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate sales records and monitor market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to position products effectively.
• Work toward sales targets with high ethical standards.
