You will educate clinicians on product use, support operating theatre cases, and drive new business opportunities in a dynamic healthcare setting.

The role requires communication, presentation, and selling skills, with English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical sciences or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a medical representative preferred.
• Fresh graduates with passion and eagerness to learn encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.
• Promote and sell medical devices to healthcare professionals.
• Manage existing client relationships and develop new opportunities.
• Educate on product usage, features and benefits.
• Attend operating theatre cases to provide clinical support.
• Gather market intelligence to support growth strategies.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, trainings and promotions.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and provide excellent service.

What you'll be doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses
• Promote and sell our medical devices to healthcare professionals
• Managing existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities
• Educate healthcare professionals on product usage, features and benefits
• Attend operating theatre cases to provide clinical support
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to support business growth strategies
• Coordinate and participate in product demonstrations, training sessions, and other promotional activities
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute effective campaigns and activities

We are looking for someone who is

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in medical science, Biomedical Science, Biology, Pharmacy, or related field
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a similar medical representative role
• Fresh graduates with strong passion and learning attitude are encouraged to apply
• Experience in Orthopedics or Medical Device industry is an added advantage
• Confident, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and selling skills
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel
