About the role

Breathcare Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Medical Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Selangor. This is a full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector by promoting high-quality medical products and solutions to healthcare facilities, clinics, and practitioners across the region. As a Medical Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships whilst driving revenue growth and market expansion for our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Identify, prospect, and establish new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, healthcare centres, and medical practitioners within your assigned territory
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the clinical benefits and value propositions of Breathcare's medical solutions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and persistent follow-up
• Prepare and present detailed quotations, proposals, and business cases tailored to client needs
• Negotiate contracts and pricing whilst maintaining profitability and margin requirements
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information to inform sales strategy and product positioning
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the marketing and clinical teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand network and generate leads
• Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, client feedback, and competitive activity

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare products sales, ideally within a similar B2B environment
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Malaysia, including knowledge of key decision-makers and procurement processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and provide consultative, solution-based recommendations
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently whilst managing your own territory and schedule
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within Selangor and surrounding areas
• Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders. (both verbal and written)
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of respiratory care, medical equipment, or healthcare solutions would be advantageous
