Job summary

Innoquest Pathology is seeking a clinical laboratory professional to perform a variety of tests and support QC and instrument calibration. This role involves handling a range of routine to complex laboratory procedures, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.

You will work on rotational shifts with on-call duties; phlebotomy skills are an added advantage, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Biomedical Science is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Biomedical Science.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience is ideal, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work on rotational shifts and in on-call duties.
• Phlebotomy skills are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests.
• Perform quality control on test results, ensuring validity and accuracy.
• Perform calibration and troubleshooting on testing systems and instruments to ensure adherence to established standards of accuracy.
• Perform job-related duties as assigned by the Lab Manager/ Regional Lab Manager.
