Job summary

Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience or fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome. A valid Class D driving license and willingness to travel within Johor are required; home-based work is possible with reporting to the Area Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce LKL medical products to hospitals, clinics, dealers and healthcare professionals.
• Support sales activities, customer follow-ups, quotations and tender documentation.
• Assist with product demonstrations, deliveries, installations and user training.
• Provide basic technical and after-sales support and coordinate technical issues with the relevant team.
• Maintain customer records, service reports and sales-related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer support.
• Travel within Johor for customer visits and on-site support when required.
