Job summary

Publicis Groupe in Kuala Lumpur is offering an internship in the Buying & Finance team focusing on day-to-day billings operations. You will assist with booking space or airtime once campaigns are agreed with clients and manage your own client accounts with accountability.

The role involves building relationships with media owners, generating spend reports, and supporting invoice matching with the finance team. A hybrid working schedule and internal benefit considerations are included.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Business/Finance/Data Analytics/Statistics.
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English.
• Ability to deliver under pressure and manage timelines and production.
• Meticulous and structured.
• Curious character, instinctively proactive and believes in asking questions to get ahead.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Buying & Finance team to manage billings and deadlines.
• Book space or airtime once the campaign plan is agreed with the client and generate media spend reports.
• Handle own set of client accounts with accountability and responsibility.
• Work with media owners to manage invoices and billings; assist finance on invoice matching to schedule numbers.

Responsibilities

1. Work closely & build strong relationship with media owners manage invoices and billings
2. Media Reports/Invoices
   • Generate media spend reports by each client.
   • Assist finance on invoice matching to bcc schedule number.
3. Overall
   • Work closely with Buying & Finance team on billings and deadlines.
   • Manage and clear all billings and backlogs.
