Job summary

Jump Media in Malaysia is seeking a Media Sales Executive to support our growing media and billboard business. You will handle client coordination, prepare proposals, and manage campaigns that go live across premium locations.

This role blends sales support with project execution and regular reporting, offering exposure to corporate and government accounts while developing skills in negotiation, planning, and campaign delivery within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, media, advertising, or OOH preferred.
• Strong presentation, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business proposals, sales decks, and presentations for potential clients.
• Set appointments and conduct outreach to corporate companies and government departments.
• Support the sales team in pitching and establishing media partnerships.
• Conduct cold calling and prospecting to secure client meetings.
• Coordinate and support billboard and media campaigns from planning to execution.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and campaign progress.
• Identify and elevate project risks while assisting in problem-solving.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and data management.
• Submit weekly reports and performance updates to management.
• Support day-to-day business operations, scheduling, and client correspondence.
