Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, yield, quality, and efficiency.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing and process-related issues using structured problem-solving.
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and test methods.
• Participate in New Product Introduction activities and support product transfers to production.
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability, quality, and reliability.
• Support product lifecycle management including cost reductions and obsolescence management.
• Partner with suppliers and procurement to address quality, delivery, and material availability.
• Create and maintain BOMs, routings, process flows, and change documentation.
• Utilize data and digital tools to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
• Support validation, qualification, and risk assessment to ensure robust processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and company standards.
