Job summary

BOSCH Malaysia offers a 3.5-year apprenticeship combining classroom theory at PSDC with hands-on training at Bosch facilities in Penang. Trainees gain experience in mechatronic systems, diagnostics and servicing techniques while preparing for a Level 5 apprenticeship qualification.

Participants receive a monthly RM 800 allowance and commit to a 2-year service period with BOSCH Malaysia after completion, supported by JPK and AHK accreditation pathways.

Qualifications

• SPM with minimum 3 credits in English, Mathematics and Science.
• Hands-on training in mechatronic systems and servicing techniques.
• On-the-job coaching and German/AHK accreditation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3.5-year apprenticeship program with theory at PSDC and hands-on training at Bosch facilities.
• Learn mechatronic diagnostics and repair.
• Commit to a 2-year service requirement with BOSCH Malaysia after completion.
