Job summary

Robert Bosch (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a capable engineer to set up and maintain test systems for automotive electronics. You will train maintenance teams, ensure FPY and OEE targets, and support lean process standardization across projects.

Fresh graduates welcome; basic electronics testing, lab equipment and RCCA knowledge are desired. Opportunity to grow within Bosch Malaysia’s Penang operations.

Qualifications

• Basic electronics testing and measurement techniques.
• Familiar with lab equipment like oscilloscope, multimeter and power supply.
• Understanding of RCCA and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Set up functional test systems for product lines as per PAV.
• Track project budget and ensure equipment costs stay within plan.
• Deliver test systems to production on time per milestones.
• Train maintenance team to handle test systems and improve FPY/OEE.
• Support lean processes and standardization across projects.
• Participate in project meetings to capture plant/production needs.
