Job summary

Sinergia Talents Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with strong M&E building services design experience to join our lean consulting engineering team in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves designing ACMV, fire protection, plumbing and mechanical ventilation systems, performing heat load calculations, and preparing drawings and tender documents.

You will also handle JBPM submissions and conduct site inspections through handover.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years' experience in M&E consultancy or contractor with strong design exposure.
• Experience with Bomba JBPM submissions.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Design ACMV, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, and mechanical ventilation systems.
• Perform heat load calculations and equipment sizing.
• Prepare drawings, calculations, tender documents and BQ.
• Handle Bomba (JBPM) and local authority submissions.
• Conduct site inspections, testing & commissioning through to handover.
• Manage design packages with minimal supervision.
