• Attend site meetings, conduct site inspections, and review shop drawings for QC.

• Mission-Critical Design: Design, plan, and coordinate highly resilient mechanical systems specific to data centers, including precision cooling (CRAC/CRAH), chilled water systems, mechanical ventilation, fire protection, and plumbing.
• Engineering Analysis: Prepare robust design calculations, technical reports, equipment specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with clients, architects, C&S consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of M&E works.
• Lifecycle Management: Support projects from initial concept and tender evaluation through to value engineering, testing and commissioning (T&C), and final handover.
• Compliance & Approvals: Liaise with local authorities to ensure all mechanical designs comply with relevant standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, UBBL) and international data center guidelines.
• Site Supervision: Attend project meetings, conduct site inspections, and review contractor shop drawings and material submissions to ensure quality control.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience in M&E engineering design. Fresh graduates with a strong academic record are also encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; hands‑on knowledge of Revit/BIM is a significant advantage.
• Certifications: Registration with the relevant Board of Engineers as a Graduate Engineer is highly preferred.
• Attributes: Independent, proactive, and equipped with strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
