Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a on-site CNC servicing/repair technician to troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery. You will travel to customer sites to provide hands-on servicing for Japanese, Chinese, and US brands, including grinding, turning, and machining centers.

Candidate should have at least 1 year of CNC service experience, own transport, and a strong sense of responsibility. The role emphasizes honesty, dedication, and independent work ethic.

Qualifications

• Education background: at least SPM level and above.
• Experience: at least 1 year of experience in servicing/repairing CNC machines.
• Must have own transportation and willingness to travel outstation.
• Hands-on CNC machine experience with Japanese, Chinese, and US brands (grinding, turning, machining centers).
• Ability to work independently with honesty and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & repair the CNC mechanical, electro‑mechanical, electronic, and electrical equipment.
• Hands‑on CNC machine experience with Japanese, Chinese, and US brands (grinding, turning, machining centers).
• Support customer in machine repair tasks & demos on‑site.
• Handle customer enquiries related to machine repair.
