PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to drive cryogenic product development using Autodesk Inventor. You will design components and systems, develop 3D models, and contribute across the full product lifecycle.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2–5 years of mechanical design experience, with strong CAD skills and knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and materials science.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (0800 to 1730)
Employment Type : 12 months contract with PEROL
Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,000 (based on experience & skills) + Statutory Contributions + Leave Entitlement + Medical Coverage
Design cryogenic products, components, and systems.
Develop 3D models, assemblies, engineering drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM) using Autodesk Inventor or equivalent CAD software.
Participate in the full product lifecycle: concept design, detailed engineering, prototype development, testing & validation, and production launch.
Conduct engineering calculations and technical analysis in thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and mechanical stress analysis.
Support prototype fabrication, testing, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA/QC, Procurement, and Product Development teams.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on technical specifications and material selection.
Drive design improvements, product optimization, and engineering innovation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in mechanical design, product development, manufacturing engineering, or R&D.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Inventor (preferred), SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other 3D CAD platforms.
Solid understanding of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, fluid flow, heat transfer, and material science.
Experience in engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
Exposure to prototype development and product testing is an advantage.
Background in industrial equipment, cryogenics, Oil & Gas, pressure vessels, or industrial gas environments is highly preferred.
