Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer (Fresh Graduate / Experienced) to design and develop products using 3D CAD and simulations. You will plan schedules, verify parts, and support on-site engineering issues.

Responsibilities include translating customer requirements into specifications, BOM preparation, and coordinating with drafters to complete projects. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electromechanical or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates with CGPA 3.0+ encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with customers and partners.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop products using 3D CAD software and simulations.
• Plan and manage mechanical design schedules.
• Execute mechanical part design, process and tooling verification.
• Implement product and process improvements.
• Coordinate design phases, transfers and project scheduling.
• Check drawings and prepare BOMs.
• Translate customer requirements into design specifications and provide technical expertise.
• Establish design objectives, perform calculations and develop innovative designs.
