Waftech Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to design automated machine modules and mechanical parts according to customer requirements and industry standards. You will prepare production procedures and process control instructions.

You will create detailed drawings, compile BOMs for fabrication parts and electro-pneumatic components, liaise with other departments to resolve design issues, and maintain orderly filing within the department.

Formación

• Design automated machine modules and mechanical parts per customer requirements and industry standards.
• Proficient in mechanical design practices and CAD methodologies.
• SolidWorks proficiency required; knowledge of standard electro-pneumatic components beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Design automated machine modules and mechanical parts per customer requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare final production procedures, operation instructions, and process control instructions.
• Create detailed production drawings and BOM lists for all mechanical fabrication parts and standard electro-pneumatic components.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve design-related issues and implement countermeasures.
• Maintain proper filing system within the department.
