Job summary

Towam Sdn. Bhd., an established designer and manufacturer of high-tech semiconductor manufacturing equipment, seeks a jig & fixtures designer in Penang. A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required, with strong 2D AutoCAD and 3D SolidWorks skills.

You will coordinate with assembly teams to ensure machine functions meet customer requirements and manage design work under tight schedules. Japanese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2D AutoCAD and 3D SolidWorks knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with assembly personnel to verify machine functions and performance to meet customer requirements.
• Able to work under tight schedules to complete the design on time.
• Knowledge of Japanese language will be an added advantage.
