Jora Malaysia is seeking a Mechanic/Technician to support servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of JCB construction and heavy equipment. You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related problems and perform repairs, parts replacement, lubrication, adjustments, and overhauls.
You will attend to equipment breakdowns at customer sites, carry out inspection and testing for safety, read technical manuals, and prepare service reports.

Job Description
Carry out servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of JCB construction and heavy equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related problems.
Perform repairs, parts replacement, lubrication, adjustments, and general overhaul works.
Attend to equipment breakdowns at customer sites when required.
Carry out inspection and testing to ensure equipment is safe and in good working condition.
Read and understand technical manuals and equipment schematics.
Prepare service and repair reports and maintain proper records.
Follow company safety procedures and perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Management.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or Certificate or Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, or Heavy Equipment Maintenance (SKM Level 1/2/3, Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia or equivalent)
Experience in repairing construction machinery or heavy equipment is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Able to troubleshoot and carry out repair works with minimum supervision.
Computer diagnostic competence
Familiar with hand tools, power tools, and workshop and welding equipment.
Willing to work at customer site and workshop.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D).
