Job summary

Benz Garage Auto Works in Kuala Selangor, Selangor is seeking a car mechanic with 1–2 years of experience to join our workshop. You will perform regular servicing, basic repairs, and identify vehicle problems to ensure safe driving.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in car mechanics is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge and skills in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Able to identify, inspect and repair vehicle problems.
• Punctual, responsible, honest, hardworking, willing to learn and interested in further developing technical skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, while following instructions and workshop safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular vehicle servicing and maintenance, such as changing engine oil and checking brakes, batteries, tyres and related components.
• Inspect, identify and repair mechanical faults and basic vehicle electrical problems.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify damaged or faulty components that need to be replaced.
• Carry out repair work and replacement of spare parts according to workshop procedures.
• Ensure that workshop equipment and the working area are always clean, organised and safe.
• Provide good customer service and explain the vehicle problems and required repair work to customers in a basic and understandable manner.

Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM / Friday Break: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM (Friday prayer)

Any changes to the working days or hours will be informed accordingly.
