Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring automotive technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles. The role covers diagnostics, inspections, and routine servicing, with opportunities to perform major repairs including engine work. The successful candidate will maintain tools, record service details, and contribute to workshop efficiency while working under minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum SKM in Automotive or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a technician/Foreman.
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Ability to perform both minor and major automotive repairs.
• Knowledge of workshop tools, equipment care, and 5S practices.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Action-oriented, fast learner, and able to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Strong integrity, work ethics, and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, safety regulations, and 5S practices (cleanliness, organization, waste management).
• Record all repair and service details in the system (e.g., WEBMAX) accurately.
• Support continuous improvement in technical skills, processes, and workshop efficiency.
