Job summary

Hong Seng Assembly Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on technician to inspect, test, and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems across our equipment. You will perform routine maintenance, oil changes and fluid checks, identify root causes with diagnostic tools, and replace worn components to keep vehicles and machinery operating safely and efficiently.

Role requires adherence to safety guidelines and ongoing training to stay current with industry technology and company

Qualifications

• Inspecting, testing, repairing mechanical, electrical & hydraulic systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like oil changes & fluid checks.
• Mechanics use their knowledge and diagnostic tools to identify the root cause of mechanical problems.
• Repair or replace worn or damaged components, ensuring vehicles or machines operate safely and efficiently.
• Routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid level checks.
• Upkeep of the tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines when working with hazardous materials and equipment.
• Keep abreast of the latest automotive technology and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management and superior from time to time.
