Job summary

The role involves detailed machine setup, executing minor repairs, and coordinating with leaders for maintenance and requisitions to ensure smooth production flow. The successful candidate will assist in machine maintenance, monitor operator performance, and ensure die heads and tools are properly stored while adhering to the documented

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to operate as per section supervisor's instruction and requirements.
• Perform all minor mechanical repairs when requested by Leader / Supervisor or machine operators.
• Liaise with Leader / Supervisor for engineering workshop job requisition (mechanical / electrical items that cannot be carried out).
• Assist Leader / Supervisor for machine maintenance and service.
• Assist Leader / Supervisor to monitor the machine operator working performance.
• To ensure all die heads / tools are kept properly.
• To comply with the requirement of the documented quality management system.

Job description

1. Set-up machines to operate as per section supervisor's instruction and requirements.
