Job summary

Hong Kong Unison Limited is seeking an experienced Microsoft Defender for Endpoint SME / Implementation Team Lead to guide enterprise-wide endpoint security deployments and migrations to Defender for Endpoint.

You will translate designs into production configurations, lead onboarding, validate policies, coordinate across Security Operations and IT teams, and oversee phased rollout with thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, CS or related field preferred.
• Hands-on MDE implementation across Windows 10/11, servers, mobile, VDI, cloud endpoints.
• Strong knowledge of MDE onboarding, EDR, Defender Antivirus, ASR, RBAC and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MDE implementation activities across devices and services.
• Manage migration from third-party AV/EDR to Defender for Endpoint.
• Coordinate with Security Operations, Identity, IT Security, and client teams.
• Develop configuration workbooks, deployment plans, and runbooks.
• Maintain migration trackers, test evidence, and RAID logs.
