Humanetics Precision Metal Fabrication (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate Mazak CNC Milling / Machining Centre. You will perform complete machine setup, tooling, work offsets and program modifications to keep production stable and within spec.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, first-piece and in-process inspections, troubleshooting and proactive maintenance of machines and fixtures.

Formación

• 2+ years of CNC Milling/Machining Centre experience.
• Hands-on Mazak CNC experience is mandatory.
• Proficient in reading drawings and machining specs.
• Knowledge of tooling/work offsets and machining processes.
• Basic CNC programming and modification of programs.
• Mastercam experience is an advantage.
• Good problem solving and communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate Mazak CNC Milling / Machining Centre.
• Complete machine setup, clamping, tooling and work offsets.
• Adjust settings to ensure stable production and quality.
• Read drawings, set up work and verify tolerances.
• Perform first-piece inspection and in-process checks.
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling and machining issues.
• Program CNC or modify existing programs; use CAM software.
• Maintain machines, tools, fixtures and cleanliness.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
