Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mill and lathe machines.
• Prepare tools, fixtures, and materials for machining.
• Read and follow blueprints, sketches, and process sheets.
• Inspect own work and report non-conforming parts.
• Meet production schedules and required timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Communicate production issues with supervisors.
• Perform hand-work operations when needed.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S).
• Follow all safety procedures
