Job summary

Qualifications

1–2 years working experience in related field.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
A fast learner with a good understanding of material planning and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Analyze and prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and material forecasts to ensure continuous material supply.
Monitor production material planning and follow up closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize stock holding and prevent material shortages.
Maintain proper documentation, systematic filing, and accurate records for audit purposes.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of material planning and deliveries.
