Job summary

Shell is offering an APAC Material Planning internship in Malaysia, centred in Shell Centre KL. The 4-month program provides hands-on exposure to supply chain operations for lubricants, supporting raw material planning across multiple markets.

You will work with regional planners and suppliers, and contribute to invoicing, inventory monitoring, data analysis, and KPI reporting. Candidates should be penultimate/final year students or graduates in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related

Qualifications

• Penultimate or final year student in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus

What's the role

Join our APAC Material Planning team and gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations for lubricants. You will support raw material planning activities that ensure timely availability of critical inputs across multiple markets.

What you'll be doing

What you'll bring

We would like to hear from candidates currently pursuing a relevant degree program as a penultimate/final year student or has graduated with a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or any other related field of study.

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software (knowledge in automation/data analytical tools will be an added advantage)
