Join our APAC Material Planning team and gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations for lubricants. You will support raw material planning activities that ensure timely availability of critical inputs across multiple markets.
Location: Shell Centre KL
Duration: 4 months (extendable depending on mutual agreement)
Support Base Oil Invoicing Activities
Assist in monitoring raw material inventory levels and replenishment plans.
Support data analysis for demand forecasting and supply planning.
Collaborate with regional planners and suppliers to resolve material availability issues.
Prepare reports and dashboards for planning performance and KPIs.
Build valuable networks for future career options

We would like to hear from candidates currently pursuing a relevant degree program as a penultimate/final year student or has graduated with a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or any other related field of study.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent proficiency in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software (knowledge in automation/data analytical tools will be an added advantage)
