Job summary

Shell is offering an APAC Material Planning internship in Malaysia, centred in Shell Centre KL. The 4-month program provides hands-on exposure to supply chain operations for lubricants, supporting raw material planning across multiple markets.

You will work with regional planners and suppliers, and contribute to invoicing, inventory monitoring, data analysis, and KPI reporting. Candidates should be penultimate/final year students or graduates in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related

Qualifications

Penultimate or final year student in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field
Strong communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus

Responsibilities

Support Base Oil invoicing activities
Monitor raw material inventory levels and replenishment plans
Assist in data analysis for demand forecasting and supply planning
Collaborate with regional planners and suppliers to resolve material availability issues
Prepare reports and dashboards for planning performance and KPIs
