Qualifications

• SPM, High School Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; 1 year of experience in warehousing is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory management processes.
• Good attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Verify the quantity and quality of incoming deliveries against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
• Label received materials and store them in correct locations.
• Pick, identify, and locate materials to support operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Process returns and coordinate relevant communications.
• Operate basic material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor stock availability and flag shortages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve missing shipments and damaged goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and safety.
