Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline. An MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in business planning, business analytics, operations planning, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of business planning, forecasting, performance management, data analytics, and business intelligence tools, with proven ability to develop dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate data-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations for management and senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence decisions across functions and global regions.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, leadership, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-wide business planning, performance analysis, and reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Analyze key business, operational, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools to provide timely, accurate insights for management.
• Translate business requirements and complex data into actionable insights, recommendations, and mitigation plans to support management decision-making.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects, including business transformation, capacity planning, cost optimization and continuous improvement.
• Drive the digitalization, automation, and standardization of business processes, reporting, dashboards, analytical frameworks, and planning tools.
• Act as a focal point for analytical problem-solving and escalation, applying structured problem-solving to remove barriers and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders to align plant-level priorities with company strategy.
