Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Master Data and Trade Investment Analyst in Malaysia. You will ensure accuracy of customer and pricing master data in SAP and related systems, enabling informed trade investment decisions.

You will monitor trade investment renewals, approvals and reporting, collaborate with Finance and international teams, and support SOX documentation and audits where needed. A background in accounting/finance and 2–4 years FMCG experience is preferred; strong English,

Qualifications

Accounting or Finance qualification or partly qualified (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
2–4 years' experience in Master Data, Sales Finance or Commercial Analytics in FMCG.
Independent worker with minimal supervision.
Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical, organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
Able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Create, update and maintain master data (customer & pricing) in SAP and other systems.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reporting tools.
Act as liaison for master data issues and improvements.
Monitor renewal/expiry of trade investments or rebates.
Manage trade investment approvals with matrix and provide monthly/quarterly reports to Finance.
Prepare SOX-compliant quarterly documentation on master data.
Assist auditors with required documentation.
