Job summary

Energizer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Master Data and AR Analyst to ensure accuracy and integrity of customer and pricing data in SAP, supporting trade investment planning and analysis to inform business decisions.

You will manage master data across systems, coordinate with Finance and Sales, monitor trade investments, and prepare SOX documentation and monthly reconciliations. The role requires 2–4 years FMCG experience and ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

2–4 years' experience in Master Data, Sales Finance or Commercial Analytics in FMCG.
Experience with SAP or other master data systems is desirable.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create, update and maintain master data (customer & pricing) in SAP and other systems.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reporting tools.
Act as liaison for master data issues and improvements.
Monitor renewal/expiry of trade investment or rebate agreements.
Prepare monthly reconciliation for Finance and quarterly reports for international reporting.
Assist in trade investment review meetings and compile information beforehand.
Prepare SOX-compliant quarterly documentation for customer, pricing and master data.
