Job summary

Adecco Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented data professional to support master data across vendors, customers, and materials. You will collaborate with procurement, finance, sales, and production teams to ensure data accuracy in SAP and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with procurement & accounts payable teams.
• Monitor and clean vendor data.
• Create/update customer information in SAP.
• Work with sales, customer service, credit teams.
• Perform data audits to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with supply chain, production, and QA teams.
• Perform validation and data cleansing.
• Manage: Chart of accounts, Cost centers, FX rates.
• Support finance & reporting processes.
• Identify and resolve data issues.
