Job summary

Mastercard Advisors is seeking a Managing Consultant in Marketing to lead campaign strategy and client engagements in Kuala Lumpur. The role blends marketing analytics with advisory services, leveraging Mastercard data assets to optimize client campaigns and outcomes.

You will coordinate multi-workstream projects, guide junior consultants, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic recommendations and client-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with work experience in marketing and campaigns across digital channels.
• Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties.
• Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders, and vendors.
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks for several clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliverable development and multiple workstreams on projects across industries.
• Contribute to development of marketing strategies and campaigns for large regional/global clients.
• Lead client relationships and act as trusted partner.
• Develop sound business recommendations and deliver client presentations.
• Plan and structure work, and mentor junior consultants on marketing insights and strategies.
