Job summary

Handal Indah Sdn Bhd, known as Causeway Link, is seeking a Marketing professional in Malaysia to plan campaigns, support events, and manage branding across platforms. The role requires 1–2 years in marketing, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, and willingness to travel for promotions and campaigns.

You will coordinate marketing materials, assist in budgeting, and contribute to CSR-driven promotions while collaborating with the head of the department and跨-team initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or promotional roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Tamil is an added advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of basic design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to promote bus routes, special offers, and company initiatives.
• Support event planning and participate in on-ground promotional activities, roadshows, and exhibitions.
• Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and social media content.
• Conduct passenger and public surveys to gather feedback on service quality, routes, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and passenger travel behavior.
• Prepare research reports and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials.
• Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts and digital campaigns.
• Engage with communities, schools, and organizations to promote services and CSR activities.
• Maintain accurate records of campaigns, survey results, and event participation.
• Prepare post-event and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses.
• Support any marketing-related tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
• Willingness to work on weekends, school holidays, or public holidays when required for promotions, launches, or events.

Required Skills

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing or promotional roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Tamil is an added advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of basic design tools is a plus.
