Job summary

IPK College is seeking a proactive Marketing Officer to plan and execute marketing activities promoting its academic programmes, student recruitment initiatives, events, and institutional activities. You will coordinate digital campaigns, manage inquiries, and build strong relations with schools and partners.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields, strong communication, and willingness to travel for events.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Willing to travel for marketing and recruitment activities when required.
• Possess a positive attitude and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies to promote the college’s academic programs and services.
• Manage student recruitment activities including education fairs, school visits, open days, exhibitions, and outreach events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, corporate partners, education agents, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities including social media management, website content updates, and online campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to student inquiries through various communication channels.
• Support branding initiatives to enhance the college’s reputation and visibility in the market.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, student preferences, and market opportunities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior from time to time.
