CARBONE WORLD MARKETING SDN. BHD. – Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Marketing Team Lead to steer the marketing squad in executing creative campaigns, optimizing Meta & Google Ads, and driving leads.

You will oversee SEO strategies, content production for short-form videos across TikTok and other platforms, and craft engaging copy for captions and scripts. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team, analyze performance data, and implement continuous improvements to boost

Qualifications

Proven leadership of a marketing team and campaigns.
Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads to generate leads.
Experience in SEO strategies to grow organic traffic.
Ability to plan and edit short-form videos for social platforms.
Strong copywriting for captions, posts and scripts.
Track trends and analyze performance data for optimizations.

Responsibilities

Language Proficiency: Fluent Mandarin and English for regional platforms and content.
