Marketing Manager

6 Month Internship: $2400

Conversion to full-time: $3800 (Business Manager)

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the branding and promotional efforts for Tengyun Foot Massage. This is a strategic, hands-on role that drives marketing initiatives, enhances customer acquisition, and builds long-term brand loyalty for our wellness and foot therapy services.

The ideal candidate has a flair for storytelling, a strong grasp of marketing analytics, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the public perception of Tengyun and ensuring our offerings remain top-of-mind in a competitive wellness market.

The Marketing Manager will also be trained for meeting company's needs in areas such as business development and sales growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase walk-in clients and online bookings.
  • Research different forms of adverising platforms to strengthen outreach and execute any if possible.
  • Manage the development of promotional materials, visuals, and in-store collaterals aligned with brand identity.
  • Work closely with operations and front-line staff to ensure marketing efforts align with service delivery.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, identify trends, and recommend strategies for market positioning.
  • Act as brand guardian, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Support partnerships, events, and customer retention programs.

To Qualify:

  1. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  2. Previous managerial role within retail, wellness, hospitality, or service industries.
  3. Proven ability to run integrated campaigns and increasing customer engagement.
  4. Strong marketing sense with experience in in-house promotions, branding, or loyalty programs.
  5. Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  6. Bilingual in English and Mandarin (or local dialects) preferred to liaise with a diverse clientele.
