The BIG Group is looking for a lively and savvy marketing manager to take the lead on all marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention across multiple brands. In this role, you will be responsible for targeting a new audience demographic and driving revenue for the existing clientele of the group’s myriads of brands across multiple channels.

Job Functions & Responsibilities
Communication, Marketing Calendar & Analytics

Manage the internal marketing and communications campaign calendar, ensuring deliverables are executed on time. Create and manage end-to-end campaign, both thematic and tactical from ideation, conceptualisation to launch and performance analysis.

Oversee brand guidelines are adhered. Oversee all reputation and citation management on Google, TripAdvisor, and other digital platforms. Develop and implement the overall brand architecture and strategy, including defining style guides, vision, and value proposition.

Creative

Develop creative briefs and clear guidance to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital and video assets.

Digital

Content management for website, app, social media, newsletter, and all ads’ strategies to leverage maximum ROI. Monitor and analyse social media metrics, adjusting strategies based on performance. Identify and build relationships with influencers and industry leaders. Execute influencer collaborative campaigns to enhance brand reach.

Partnerships & Public Relations

Create, manage, and implement all-encompassing PR and marketing programs, both short and long term, to increase revenue, generate foot traffic, and build awareness.

Requirements
  • Ideally with Food & Beverage marketing background as you bring understanding in applying marketing strategies within a retail operations setting
  • A ‘Jack of all Trades’ marketer with the know-hows in planning and implementing digital, partnership, social and offline strategies to help drive business objectives
  • A people person and is great in bonding with people from all walks of life, be it internally or externally
  • A great eye in identifying new market trends and bring them to life
  • Find joy in nurturing your team and helping them grow to their fullest potential
  • Either a minimum of a notable certification in Creative, Digital Marketing, Marcom or demonstrable experience in public relations, digital marketing and / or content creation (preferably in the food & beverage industry)
  • Love words - have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Works well independently as well as in a team with sense of urgency, responsibility, result oriented and committed to meeting deadline
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once with priorities
  • Must be a proactive & highly organised self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Photography & videography skills will be an advantage.
