Job summary

EMAX Corporate in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing Rookie to support Event and Partnership Marketing projects. You will embark on a 360° learning journey and become part of the Marketing team.

You will assist with activation and events, plan campaigns, coordinate with suppliers, manage collateral, and support on event day with admin and logistics. A proactive learner who is creative and detail-oriented will fit well.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Marketing & Beauty/Wellness.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.
• Creative & detail-oriented, resourceful & driven.
• Owns responsibilities with a sense of urgency.
• Able to work in a team or independently when needed.
• Willing to listen, include, and respect teammates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Actively attending roadshow events.

Responsibilities

• Activation and Events.
• Planning and execution to set up campaigns and promotion activities.
• Involving in ground marketing campaign.
• Working cross-functionally and across markets to bring campaigns to life.
• Liaise with suppliers and organize products.
• Manage collateral productions.
• Support on event day: admin and logistics.
• Event support, including real-time content capture and other duties.
• Responding to customers’ queries, complaints and providing appropriate solutions within the Company’s capability.
• Liaise with partners like corperates, banks and many brands.
• Plan and prepare proposal slide for pitching.
