Job summary

HR Pro Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an enthusiastic marketing intern to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, content creation, social media, and campaign support.

You will assist planning and executing campaigns, create content for social channels and newsletters, manage social media presence, and support events and email marketing; collaboration with sales and design teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, or related field.
• Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
• Able to communicate in English and Malay (Chinese a plus).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Support content creation for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and website updates
• Help manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Support the organisation of events, webinars, or promotional activities
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting, scheduling, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams on cross-functional projects
• Help maintain and update the company website and CRM database
