Job summary

EMAX Beauté International Sdn Bhd is seeking a marketing-oriented coordinator to help plan campaigns and promotions across our beauty and wellness divisions. You will engage in ground marketing, work with cross-functional teams, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials and collateral are ready for events and campaigns.

Ideal candidates show a strong interest in beauty markets, possess a marketing-related degree, and are detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.

Qualifications

Has a strong interest in Marketing & Beauty / Wellness.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.
A keen learner who is creative & detail-oriented, resourceful & driven.
Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency.
Able to work with a team/independently where needed.
Willing to listen, include, and respect the beliefs of teammates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Actively attending roadshow events.

Responsibilities

Planning and execution to set up campaigns and promotion activities.
Involving in ground marketing campaign
Working cross-functionally and across markets to bring campaigns to life
Liaise with suppliers and organize products
Manage collateral productions
Support on event day: admin and logistics
Event support, including real-time content capture and other duties
Responding to customers’ queries, complaints and providing appropriate solutions within the Company’s capability.
Liaise with partners like corperates, banks and many brands
Plan and prepare proposal slide for pitching
