Job summary

MKA JOYCARE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Marketing Intern who is curious, creative, and enthusiastic about social platforms. You will gain hands-on experience in marketing, storytelling, and building a brand that resonates with audiences.

Join our on-site team in Malaysia to plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu, write compelling captions, and support campaign ideas while learning to measure impact and optimize upcoming content.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Communications.
• Familiar with Canva/CapCut or similar editing tools.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce engaging photos, short videos, and visual content for multiple platforms.
• Communicate and collaborate well with teammates.

Job description

We’re looking for a Marketing Intern who’s curious, creative, and always in tune with the latest trends! If you love exploring ideas, creating engaging content, and discovering what makes people connect with a brand, this could be your opportunity. Join us for hands‑on experience in marketing, storytelling, and building a brand that stands out!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce engaging photos, short videos (Reels & TikToks), and visual content for multiple platforms.
• Communicate and collaborate well with teammates.
• Create, schedule, and post content consistently on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
• Write compelling captions and adapt content to suit each platform’s style and audience. Know the current trend
• Able to do Threads@ content and engaging with customer
• Able to support the production of up to 100 short‑form videos per month.
• Using AI tools for video creation is a bonus.
• Monitor comments and engage with our community to build stronger audience relationships.
• Research trending topics and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and content series.
• Track basic performance metrics and help optimize future content.

Requirement

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
• Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, creative, and willing to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Info

Our office is located at 40, Jln TPP 5, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor.

Working days are Mon‑Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm (Fully on-site)
