Role Overview

This internship is designed for students who want practical exposure to how marketing works inside a growing beauty brand.

You will gain hands‑on experience across content creation, social media, influencer and affiliate marketing, e‑commerce campaigns and marketing operations. Rather than observing from the sidelines, you will contribute to real projects and see how your work supports the brand’s growth.

You do not need to know everything from day one. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, open to feedback and willing to take initiative.

What You’ll Do

Content & Social Media

Research social media trends, content formats and competitor activities.

Contribute ideas for TikTok, Instagram and other marketing channels.

Assist with captions, scripts, content briefs and content calendars.

Support content shoots, including preparation, coordination and behind‑the‑scenes tasks.

Help organise and repurpose content for different platforms.

Influencers, Affiliates & Creators

Research and shortlist suitable influencers, affiliates and content creators.

Assist with creator outreach, follow‑ups and product seeding.

Help prepare creator briefs, product information and campaign materials.

Track content submissions, campaign deadlines and creator deliverables.

Maintain organised records of creators, content links and campaign results.

Campaigns & E‑Commerce

Support promotional campaigns across TikTok Shop, Shopee and other platforms.

Assist with product launches, live‑commerce activities and seasonal campaigns.

Help prepare campaign information, promotional mechanics and marketing assets.

Monitor campaign activities and keep trackers updated.

Coordinate with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.

Marketing Operations

Conduct basic customer, market and competitor research.

Help organise marketing folders, reports, assets and documentation.

Track basic content and campaign performance.

Share observations and ideas based on research and performance results.

Support other marketing projects according to current business priorities.

Who We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Advertising, Public Relations or a related field.

Strong interest in social media, content, beauty, e‑commerce or consumer brands.

Curious, proactive and willing to learn.

Comfortable communicating through email, WhatsApp and social platforms.

Organised and able to follow through on assigned tasks.

Open to feedback and willing to improve.

Able to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Able to work full‑time from our office in Cyberjaya during the agreed internship period.

Added Advantages

Experience using Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools.

Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram or other platforms.

Comfortable appearing on camera or assisting during content shoots.

Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, influencers or affiliate marketing.

A personal portfolio, social media account or past project demonstrating creativity and initiative.
